Welcome to College Soccer - 8/26 Scrimmage

After finally arriving at Shippensburg on Wednesday we had a nice introduction to college soccer for 2009 complements of Dickinson College. Dickinson got into a good rhythm possessing the ball and had us chasing quite a lot in the first half. They had the better opportunities but our keeper, Michelle Buckmaster, turned away all their chances with confidence. The second half was much more competitive but Dickinson scored first before Lauren Russell countered for FSU making it 1-1. With 15 minutes to go Dickinson got a 2nd to make it 2-1. Hood comes to our stadium on Friday.....
